1 tbsp cinnamon (or more, or less if desired)
3 tsp "Splenda" brown sugar (use another sweetener if desired)
6 large eggs
3 tsp baking powder
1 extra small banana, mashed (optional)
2 tbsp/muffin of cream cheese (12 tbsp total per recipe)
