    2 cups Rice
    2 cups nonfat Milk
    6 tsp sugar (or better is sugar substitute)
    1 tbsp cardamom

    For Ganish:

    Nuts (almonds, walnuts or pishtachios) just a little for garnish
    cinnamon (optional)
