    *Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 1 oz
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 large
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Lentils, 1 cup
    Beans, navy, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp
    Salt, 3 dash
