3-4 cups tomatoes ( use fresh or home canned)
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen Brussel sprouts, quartered
1/2 cup tiny macroni shells
1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. Mrs Dash--onion & herb
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley
