I Found These On The Food Network Web Site (by Sandra Lee) And Changed Teh Recipe To Add Old Fashioned Oats Instead Of Quick And Heat Smart Bisquick Instead Of Regular. I Also Added Unsweetened Applesauce And 2 Tbsp. Flax Seed
