    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp baking powder
    4 green tea bags or about 4 tbsp green tea leaves
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 - 1 tbsp nutmeg
    1 - 2 cups almonds, ground, slivered, or sliced
    1 - 2 tbsp vanilla extract
    3 - 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
    2 - 4 cups small frozen blueberries
