1 cup non-fat buttermilk (or one c. non-fat milk + 2 tbsp of cider vinegar)
1/8 cup cold pressed olive oil
2 eggs
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup grated carrotts
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
