Ma-po Tofu

Ingredients

    Sauce:
    1/4 chicken broth
    1 tsp corn starch
    2 tsp hot bean paste
    2 tsp soy sauce

    1/3 block lite tofu, drained & cut into 1 cm cubes
    2 oz lean ground pork shoulder
    1.5 tsp garlic, finely minced
    1.5 tsp ginger, finely minced
    .25 tsp toasted sansho powder
    1 tbsp thinly sliced scallion tops
    1 cup steamed rice
