Apple Crisp Sugar Free

Ingredients


    Filling

    5 cups peeled and sliced apples
    1/2 c. Equal
    1/2 c. water
    2 T flour
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinammon

    Combine all ingredients, toss gently to coat apple slices evenly. Place in 8-inch square baking pan.

    Topping:

    3/4 c. oats, uncooked
    1/3 c. all purpose flour
    1/4 c. Equal
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 T. butter melted
    1/2 tsp. cinammon

    Combine all ingredients, stirring until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake in preheated 350 oven 30-35 min. or until apples are tend and topping crisp. Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temp.
