    2 medium acorn squash
    12 oz. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups chopped apples (2 to 3 apples)
    1/4 cup raisins, optional
    4 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 tablespoons melted butter (substitute Smart Balance Light)
