Spinach & Penne Pasta Mediterranian Salad

Ingredients

    Penne Pasta (your favorite brand)
    Fresh Spinach
    Sundried Tomatos in Olive Oil
    Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil
    Pine Nuts
    Feta Cheese
    Pitted Kalamata Oilves (opitional)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    *whenever I make this salad I never measure anything. It depends on how many people you are planning to serve. I normally make this only for pot-lucks/family gatherings so I make it to feed about 15-20 people (but I have made it for 50+ people). For 15-20 people, I use an entire package of pasta, a whole bag of bagged spinach, a regular sized jar of the sundried tomatos and artichoke hearts. For less people just reduce the recipe as necessary

The Only Item That Needs To Be Cooked For This Recipe Is The Pasta. This Salad Works As The Main Dish Served With Pita Or Any Other Kind Of Bread Or The Portion Can Be Reduced And Served Along Side Chicken.
