- 8 Cups Plain Oatmeal
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar Splenda
1/2 cup water
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
1 cup Almonds, slivered
1/2 cup dried pears, diced (or any other fruit, I have used Apricots also)
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

I Love Granola But Don't Like The Grocery Store Price. I Found This Recipe A Few Years Ago And Lightened It Up Using Brown Sugar Splenda. Makes A Pretty Large Amount.
