1 cup chopped onions
5 cups Low Sodium V8 Juice
1 cup beef broth
2 cups water
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped summer squash or zucchini
1 cup frozen corn
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 oz small pasta, such as orzo or alphabets.
Herbs & Spices to taste (I use allspice, basil, oregano, garlic & pepper)
