    10 Cloves
    20 Black Peppercorns
    1.5tsp.Carraway(Shahi Jeera)
    1tbsp.Cumin(Jeera)seeds
    0.5 Nutmeg
    2 whole Mace
    1 tbsp.Stone Flower(Patthar/Dagad Phool)
    1.5tsp.Fennel(Saunf/Badishep) seeds.
    1 medium sized piece of Asafoetida(Heera Hing)
    For Usal
    250gms.sprouted Mung/Moth beans
    1 large Tomato chopped fine
    0.5tsp.Turmeric powder
    1.5tsp.Goda Masala powder
    1.5tsp.Red Chilly powder
    0.5" piece of Jaggery or 0.5tsp. of Organic Brown Sugar
    Salt to taste
    Seasoning
    1tbsp.Canola Oil
    2 tsp.Black Mustard Seeds
    1tsp.Cumin Seeds
    0.5 tsp.Asafoetida(Hing)powder
    For Ground Chutney
    2tbsp.fresh shredded raw Coconut
    1tsp.Ginger Paste
    1tsp.Garlic Paste
    1 small bunch fresh Coriander(Cilantro)leaves
