2 whole Mace
1 tbsp.Stone Flower(Patthar/Dagad Phool)
1.5tsp.Fennel(Saunf/Badishep) seeds.
1 medium sized piece of Asafoetida(Heera Hing)

1 large Tomato chopped fine
0.5tsp.Turmeric powder
