Ny Times Tuna Burgers

Ingredients

    1 lb centre cut tuna filet
    1/4 cup minced green onions or shallots
    2 tsp fresh ginger
    1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce
    2 tbs chopped cilantro
    olive oil or cooking spray for pan
    lime wedges for garnish (if desired)
    toasted whole grain buns or english muffin of your choice (not included in recipe nutritional breakout)
