Ingredients
- English Muffin, 2 muffins, fork split (4 halves)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (1/2 cup shredded or sliced), more to taste
Black Olives, 6 jumbo (a half small can sliced black olives)
Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (half a small can sliced)
Tomato Sauce, .25 cup (I use pizza sauce when I can find it, or sometimes thick spaghetti sauce from a jar or you can go without)
Dried Italian Herbs
Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
