Algio Olio


    1 pound (uncooked) whole wheat or multi-grain spaghetti
    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 ounce container of anchovies
    6-8 large cloves of garlic, chopped fine
    handfull of red pepper flakes


So, I Got The Idea From Rachel Ray And Tweaked It To Make It A Little Healthier. There Is Not Much In It That Has Any Weight To It Anyway, And Don't Worry You Can't Taste The Fish.
