Healthier Version Of Grandma's Caramel Rolls

Ingredients

    Sweet Rolls:
    1 package active dry yeast
    1/4 cup warm water (110-120 degrees)
    1/2 cup hot skim milk
    2 T butter
    1/8 cup sugar
    1/8 cup brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp mace
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour

    Inside of caramel rolls:
    1 tsp butter
    2 T brown sugar
    1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon

    Caramel topping:
    2 T butter
    2 T light corn syrup
    3 T brown sugar
