Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar, not packed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon soda
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg, large
    2 tablespoons oil
    1/2 cup raisins or currants

Description

High-fiber, Low Fat, Fairly Sweet. Good With Soup.
