    1/2 cup non-fat milk
    1 cup water
    1 small apple, chopped
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/8 cup chopped walnuts
    1/8 cup flaxseeds
    dash salt
    1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt (optional)


This Is A Breakfast Cereal That Is Sweet In Its Own Right. Serve With A 1/4 Cup Of Greek Style Non-fat Yogurt. [If You Have Not Tried Greek Yogurt, It Is Worth The Search. It Is Becoming More Available In General Grocery Stores.] You Should Be Set Till
