Ingredients
- 1 cup of long grain rice
2 cups of reduced sodium chicken stock
.5 cup frozen peas
pam cooking spray ( high heat best)
minced garlic .5 tsp (fresh or jar)
2 green onions
2 tbsp low sodium / lite soy sauce
1- 5 oz can of chicken breast
2 large eggs
kosher salt and pepper to taste ( sont need much salt)
small skillet to fry eggs
large skillet for rice
