Traditional Pumpkin Muffins


    All purpose Flour - 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, unpacked
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Egg whites,-2
    Dairyland skim milk - 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin puree - CANNED- 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Chipits Butterscotch Chips, 8 tbsp


I Reduced The Sugar In These....and Added Butterscotch Chocolate Chips Instead Of Raisins...just To Make The Kids Happy! They Are Delicious Served As A Muffin On The Go , Or Pour Some Home Made Custard Over Them And Have Them As A Dessert.
