1 c. raisins soaked in 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
11/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 T. molasses
1 T. salad oil (unsweetened applesauce)
3 c. flour (2 white,1 whole wheat) (Also works with all white flour - in nutrition here mix as follows: 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup light rye flour, half a cup oat flour and half a cup white flour)
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ground cloves
