Addictive Pumpkin Muffins


    1/2 cups raisins
    2 1/33 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup splenda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoons nutmeg
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoons ground cloves
    6 egg white

    1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
    0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
    (1 cup chopped walnuts) optional
