1 large granny smith apple
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup walnuts
3 oz. Feta Cheese
Vinegrette:
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic - minced
1 tsp dijon musard
2 -3 TBS extra virin olive oil
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper to test
