    2 tbsp. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
    1 pound store bought prepared Pizza dough
    1.25 cups Ricotta cheese, part skim
    .5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 pound thin Asparagus, trimmed and halved
    6 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated (2 cups)
    3 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto, cut into strips
