    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 cups broccoli slaw mix
    2 cups baby spinach
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
    8 small low-carb tortillas
    8 tsp hoisin sauce or plum sauce to taste
    Asian chile paste (optional)
