Ingredients
- Salt & pepper pork roast. Cook on low, 6-8 hours.
Apple Sage Topping: Chop bacon into small pieces; cook in large skillet until done. Drain off majority of grease. Wisk together remaining ingredients, except apples. Add to bacon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add & heat apples for last 3 minutes. Serve over sliced pork roast.
Serve with Steamed Broccoli and Baked Sweet Potatoes.
