Applesauce Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 c. Sugar (substitute 1/2 splenda and 1/2 sugar)

1 c. butter (1/2 applesauce or non-fat plain yogurt and 1/2 butter or us all butter substitute)

2 eggs or 6 egg whites

2 c. applesauce

1 tsp cloves

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

4 c. flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

2 c. Chocolate Chips
