    4 cups thick rolled oats (not quick or instant)
    1/4 cup buckwheat, soaked in water overnight (1 hr min)
    1/2 cup whole almonds, chopped
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 1/2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup raisins or other dried fruit
