    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 oz each) OR about 1 lb store bought thin-sliced chicken breasts for scalloppini (such as Perdue brand)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Parmesan cheese blend (w/Romano, Asiago, etc.)
    1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce (I like Trader Joe's Authentic Organic Marinara)
    about 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese or Italian cheese blend
