Creamy Porridge With Veggies

Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp brown sugar (packed)
    1/4 cup of veggie puree (yams, butternut squash, carrots, cauliflower, or broccoli)
    2/3 to 1 cup rolled oats (amount depends on desired consistency)
    2 tbsp wheat germ (or ground flax)

A Hybrid Of Several Oatmeal Recipes. I Started Making This For My Toddler, And I Love It! It Keeps Me Full For Hours.
