    Chicken broth - low sodium - 2 and 1/4 cup
    salt - 1/4 teaspoon (more to taste)
    Celery - two stalks
    Shallots - 4 tablespoons
    Onion - one small (or half of a medium)
    Butter - half a tablespoon
    Pepper - one teaspoon (more to taste)
    Pine nuts - half cup
