Salmon Asparagus Cheese Bake

Ingredients

    1 pound asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces (2 cups)
    4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
    3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 package (6 ounces) salmon
    (I use Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon)
    1/2 cup Bisquick Remix (recipe below)
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Bisquick Remix:
    1/2 cup biscuit mix (equals):
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt,
    1/2 tablespoon butter
    mix together before adding to mixture
