Almost No Fat Banana Bread


    1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I use a full 1 tsp to get a bolder cinnamon taste)
    2 egg whites
    1 cup banana, mashed
    1/4 cup applesauce (I use ½ cup to make it a tad more moist and its great!)
