1 cup butter

2 cups brown sugar

4 eggs

1/2 cup molasses

3 tablespoons sugar free raspberry jam

2 apples, grated (peel & flesh with center seeds scooped out)

1.5 cups dates

1-2 cups dried mixed fruit

1.5 cups raisins

1 cup dried cherries

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups currants

5 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp each of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger

1.5 tsp. baking soda

1 cup hot coffee
