Chicken Pot Pie With Biscuit Crust

Ingredients

2 c frozen peas and carrots

1/2 c onion, chopped

4 TBl olive oil

6 Tbl flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

1/8 tsp black pepper

2 c chicken broth

3/4 c milk

3 c chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 TBL dried parsley

Biscuit crust:

1 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

4 TBL butter or shortening

1/3 c milk

This Filling Can Be Either Topped With Biscuits Or Put Into A Pie Crust With A Top Crust
