Ingredients
- 4 portions whole wheat spaghetti (8 oz uncooked)
4 portions lean steak (about 1 pound)
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
1 head napa cabbage (regular cabbage works the same I just use about a 1/2 a head)
1/2 cup lit soy sauce ( I didnt need nearly that much, but it doesnt matter)
