    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    pinch of cayenne pepper.
    1 can (14 to 14 1/2 ozs) low-sodium chicken broth (1 3/4 cup)
    1 cup natural whole grain brown rice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 cup frozen peas
