Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
1 tsp. each salt, pepper, & onion powder (to taste)
1.5 oz of cured ham (I use lean-no fat country ham or smoked ham)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
1.5 - 2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 to 1 cup halved grape/cherry tomatoes
Description
I Created This Recipe On The Fly. The Measurements Are Approximate But Should Be Fairly Close. Most Of The Seasoning Including The Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder & Vinegar Are To Taste.
