Easy Tomato Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

    Marinated Artichoke Hearts - one 6 oz jar, drained
    Prepared pesto sauce - 1/2 cup
    Garlic - 5 cloves minced
    A small Onion - sliced thinly
    Mushrooms - 1/2 cup sliced
    12 oz box of dry Cavatappi pasta
    1 can Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
    Spinach, fresh - 2 cups
    1 plum tomato
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Romano Cheese - 1 oz to garnish
    sprigs of fresh basil to garnish (optional)
