Ingredients

    1 cup dry bulgur wheat
    1/2 cup garbanzo beans
    1/2 avocado
    3 fresh scallions
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    3 oz of Fat Free Feta cheese
    10 fancy black olives
    1 1/2 cups fresh arugula
    1 Tbs olive oil
    2 Tbs spoons fresh lemon juice
    sea salt and pepper to taste

    optional: sprinkle of Gomazio (sesame, seaweed, sea salt mixture)
