Rachel Ray's Italian Nachos

Ingredients

    5 Pita Breads
    3.5 roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry, chopped
    1 jar (16 oz) marinated mushrooms
    1 can (8.5 oz) artichoke hearts
    Trader Joe's Havartil Lite sliced cheese- 4 slices (this is all I had on hand, can use a different light cheese, mozzarella, etc)
    garlic powder 1 tsp
    basil
    olive oil spray
