Homemade Beef Chili With Vegetables

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 400 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Diced tomatoes, 2 cans (can be seasoned if you like, e.g. Chili, Herb and Garlic, etc)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cans (about 800g)
    Okra, 2 cup slices
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (and one can water if needed)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp (chili flakes are good)
    salt and pepper to taste

Description

A Tasty, Chunky Homemade Chili. Using Okra Adds A Nice Thickness To The Recipe. Add Any Other Veggies You Like, Or Leave The Meat Out Entirely For A Vegetarian Chili.
