    1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
    2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
    ½ tsp (2 mL) baking soda
    1 cup (250 mL) chopped apples (peeled or not — your choice)
    2 tbsp (20 mL) sugar
    ¼ tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
