    2 oz plain Greek-style yogurt
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic paste
    1 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger)
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp garam masala
