3 tbsp sprouted bread crumbs
1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper
2-3 dashes of hot sauce
3 tbsp grass fed butter
