2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. vegetable bouillon powder
3 shiitake mushrooms, diced or sliced
