    1 1/2 cup Wholemeal SR flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup whey protein powder(vanilla)
    1 cup apple sauce, no added sugar
    1 cup low fat Greek style natural yogurt
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 - 3/4 cup skim milk (depending on how runny the yogurt is)
    440g can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple , no added sugar, very well drained
    80g shaved extra lean ham
    8 cherry tomatoes(or sundried tomatoes, no oil) chopped
    1/2 cup grated low fat cheese
