    1 lb chicken breasts or tenders (no skin)
    1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
    1/2 cup cashews
    1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
    1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed well
    1 can diced tomatoes
